Proposal Engineer

Reporting to the Proposal Manager with below responsibilities:

• Assist the Proposal Manager or independently responsible for a project subject to the complexity and the size of the project
• Ensure follows-up during the development of the proposal
• Ensure that the execution organization and the construction delivery strategies are defined in coordination with the relevant experts and contributors
• Drive the process design development to target the most competitive layout, technologies and process treatment lines; ensure the timely production of all design deliverables required for the proposal
• Estimate the value of the project against the bid evaluation criteria
• Report all risks (or potential) and propose solutions
• Manage the proposal documentation
• Participate in client’s presentation and/or negotiations if necessary
• Transfer the project smoothly to the execution team after the project is successfully awarded

• Bachelor’s degree or above in the field of environmental engineering, water supply and drainage, engineering, or chemical engineering
• Good knowledge about project budgeting
• Technical presentation and negotiation skill is a definite advantage
• Familiar with project management procedure
• Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese & English
• Result-oriented and a good team player
